Pictorial guide to the flora of the British Isles
Betula nana is an Arctic–Alpine dwarf shrub of peaty moorland, found across the less maritime parts of the Scottish Highlands, and at scattered sites as far south as Darwen Moor (VC59: South Lancashire).
