Pictorial guide to the flora of the British Isles
Synonym | Petroselinum segetum (L.) W. D. J. Koch
Sison segetum grows in arable fields and on banks and sea-walls, mostly south of the Severn–Humber line; it has its flowers on stalks of different lengths, disguising the umbellifer arrangement.

The leaves of Sison segetum are once-pinnate and hairless, with the leaflets often rotated like the slats of a Venetian blind relative to the midrib.
