Pictorial guide to the flora of the British Isles
Symphytum × hidcotense has bluish flowers (in the widespread cultivar 'Hidcote Blue'; pinkish in 'Hidcote Pink'), and spreads by stolons; it is a hybrid of Symphytum grandiflorum and probably Symphytum × uplandicum.
